I was impressed with the amount of pre-research Philip did of our company, background, technical services and target market before he commenced on the actual filming. I would assume that his personality is a natural advantage that Philip has in his line of work, being amiable and of a pleasant personality and make people feel at ease during filming. It must be quite a talent to get peope to talk about themselves and their work before and during the filming.
